History of RSI-BEST Group

1997

RSI (Roth-Sadar International, Inc.) founded in 1997 as a woman-owned business began its journey into the business world as a professional consulting company that evolved into executive search and recruiting as clients demanded assistance with their hiring needs.

Geographically, RSI focused in Ohio but soon found that many of their clients needed search and recruiting assistance on a National and Global basis.  RSI focused in industries such as Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Telecommunications, Food Manufacturing, and Sales in above industries.

BEST Group Management Consultants was started in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1995 and opened the Brecksville, Ohio office in 1997

Geographically, BEST Group has largely focused on the Ohio area.  Focusing in industries such as Information Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Medical & Healthcare and Education

2008

RSI-BEST Group Management Consultants formed as a joint partnership in October 2008 between RSI and BEST Group Management Consultants. The two organizations have similar focus and style with regards to both clients and candidates with both companies founded in 1997.

RSI-BEST Group Management Consultants is a division of RSI, Inc., a woman-owned business with clients spanning the globe from small private organizations to large multi-billion dollar corporations.

RSI-BEST Group's professional staff consists of individuals who have significant experience in the industries with which we specialize. We build strong relationships with our clients and candidates, and those relationships are built on trust and enhanced by performance.

2011

RSI - BEST Group Management Consultants divides into two groups Although work continues in Executive Recruiting another group has been added which goes back to RSI’s roots - Supply Chain/Logistics Consulting.  The demand for both areas of consulting pushed for a distinction in services offered.
